Your responsibilities will include:

• You will advise corporate and real estate clients at eye level and support them with commercial (real estate project) financing
• You will identify individual customer needs, take on profit and risk responsibility, and ensure smooth implementation together with internal specialist departments
• You will build long-term, trusting customer relationships and actively contribute to the acquisition of new clients
• As a passionate networker, you will identify business opportunities, establish new contacts, and represent our client with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications that will impress us:

• Several years of experience in corporate client business, ideally with a focus on real estate financing (commercial residential construction) - or the motivation to familiarize yourself with this exciting field
• A degree in business administration and/or law
• Negotiation skills, strong communication, and initiative
• Solution-oriented thinking, openness to new challenges, and enjoyment of client contact
• Confident demeanor, teamwork, and leadership skills

The salary range for this position is between €70,000 and €90,000 gross per year.
For candidates who fully meet the profile and demonstrate strong potential, a higher salary is possible.
