Your Responsibilities:

• Further development of production processes and responsible for efficient, stable, and economical operations
• Identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing measures, and accompanying changes in ongoing operations
• Introducing key performance indicators to manage production and ensuring sustainable implementation
• Close collaboration with production management, engineering, and work preparation
• Gradually taking on leadership and result responsibility - with a perspective on production management

Your Profile:

• Completed education (HTL, FH, university degree, master craftsman) in industrial engineering, production technology, or similar
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing company, ideally with responsibility for improvement projects
• Practical knowledge in optimizing production processes
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage or a clear willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Social competence and confident interaction with employees at all levels
• Strong communication skills, structured work approach, assertiveness
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
