Become part of the recycling initiative and support the safe and efficient operation of the melting furnace and associated equipment. In this responsible role, you will work closely with other production areas, maintenance, and management, actively contribute to quality and environmental standards, and help advance new production techniques.

Your responsibilities:

• Operation and monitoring of the melting furnace and associated equipment
• Coordination with production management in case of deviations
• Support for adjacent stations in the recycling plant
• Ensuring equipment and tools are ready for use
• Participation in shutdowns: furnace preparation, product handling, repairs, maintenance
• Consistent adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Active involvement in continuous improvement and the introduction of new production techniques

Your profile:

• Experience in operating automated industrial plants; strong understanding of systems and machinery
• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems or equivalent practical experience
• Forklift license; experience with forklifts and wheel/telehandlers is an advantage
• Experience in industrial environments and knowledge of waste management
• High affinity for IT (MS Office, SAP)
• Fluent in German; English is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts and wear protective equipment (e.g., mask, safety goggles)
• Eager to learn, flexible, resilient; team- and service-oriented

• The minimum wage is EUR 17.10 gross per hour plus allowances. Salary overpayment is based on your qualifications and experience. The minimum wage is stated solely to comply with legal requirements. The actual compensation will be determined individually in a personal discussion with our client.
