Job Description

- Coordination of the planning for turnkey properties in internal/external, interdisciplinary planning teams
- Timely, economical, and quality-assured implementation of the contractual construction scope in the integral planning process
- Coordination of schedules and capacities with GOLDBECK's own plants / external plants
- Monitoring and responsibility for planning results during the execution phase
- Support for selected projects already in the conception or tender phase

Requirements

- Completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or comparable education (TU/FH/HTL)
- Good knowledge of current building regulations and standards
- Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary planning teams
- A personality that wants to make a difference – goals, visions, and problem-solving drive you
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of shared success
- Clear, open, and communicative at eye level
