Service Technician for Customer Service

You know: When a heating system fails, more fails than just the heating. The evening. The hot water. The feeling that everything works at home. That's why you don't come to repair a system. You come to restore a state. Independently, regionally, with tools in your car and an overview in your head. Vorarlberg is your area of operation. And every assignment counts.

Tasks

- Independent support of the Vorarlberg region in the service sector
- Installation and commissioning of heating systems at the customer's site
- Performing maintenance and inspection work according to manufacturer specifications
- Fault diagnosis and repairs, including replacement of defective components
- Measurement of exhaust gas values and inspection of safety-relevant components
- Advising customers on operation, efficiency, and modernization
- Digital documentation of service assignments
- Participation in emergency service assignments and product training

Requirements

- Completed technical training - Professional experience in the electrical or HVAC sector - Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts within the regional area - Good MS Office skills - Very good German language skills, both written and spoken - Team player with an independent work approach
All individuals are equally addressed. The salary is above the collective agreement and is based on your qualifications and experience.
