Project Coordinator for Service & Building Technology

Our client, based in the Feldkirch district, is an established company in the field of technical building equipment and services. They serve commercial customers, residential complexes, and public institutions in the region. The company stands for reliable services, high technical expertise, and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Planning, organising, and coordinating daily service and personnel deployments
- Primary contact for customers as well as scheduling and deployment planning
- Optimising processes and resources for smooth service operations
- Preparing quotations, coordinating materials, and reviewing invoices
- Supporting maintenance, refurbishments, and technical issues in collaboration with the service teams

Requirements

Requirements

- Completed technical training (e.g., building technology, HVAC, electrical engineering, or equivalent)
- Experience in deployment planning, dispatching, or technical project coordination is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and organisational talent
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
