- Remuneration: For the position of "Bus Driver,"
an average monthly salary* of €3,735.90 gross (based on a 40-hour full-time position) is provided. The average salary includes 15 overtime hours and 15 full travel days for expense reimbursement. In addition, you will receive a biannual holiday allowance and Christmas bonus of €3,859.25 gross.
Due to overtime, expense reimbursement, holiday allowance, and Christmas bonus, a total annual remuneration of approximately €52,549.29 gross (based on a 40-hour full-time position) is possible. The minimum wage according to the collective agreement for employees in private bus companies is €2,968.65 gross per month (based on a 40-hour full-time position).
