Your Responsibilities

• Management of various properties such as apartment buildings, terraced houses, and housing estates
• Competent point of contact for customer, tenant, and owner concerns
• Handling general correspondence and ongoing administrative tasks
• Coordination and processing of renovation and damage cases
• Issuing, processing, and reviewing orders as well as incoming invoices
• Conducting regular property inspections
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of tenant and owner meetings
• Collaboration with internal departments, professionals, and external partners

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally in commercial, technical, or legal fields
• Several years of relevant professional experience in property management, preferably in non-profit housing, but not a requirement
• Basic knowledge of tenancy law is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Technical understanding and interest in real estate-related issues
• Good IT and MS Office skills
• Independent, reliable, and precise work approach
• Friendly and patient demeanor when dealing with customers, tenants, and owners
• Stress resistance, organizational skills, solution-oriented thinking, and high service orientation
