Requirements

- Development of issues from our client projects (after the onboarding period, you will work with the support of your mentor on issues from our client projects. Your code will create real added value there)
- Collaboration in the conception and planning of web applications (you are involved in all stages of the project. Whether it's Daily, Backlog Refinement, or API Agreement. This way, you get a good and realistic insight into the work as a Software Developer at Fusonic)
- New skills through 1on1 mentoring (to ensure you get the most out of your internship, we will assign you a mentor. They are your contact person for all questions and concerns and are responsible for your learning progress)
- Close collaboration with the project team (our cross-functional teams have all the competencies needed to successfully implement digital projects. During your internship, you will work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and other Software Developers)

#YOUNEED
- Ongoing technical education such as university, college, HTL, HAK (you are in the middle of your education, want to finally put your theoretical knowledge into practice, and learn how software is developed in the real world)
- Knowledge of C#, PHP, or Angular (ideally, you are already familiar with at least one of these technologies and have an idea of which one you would like to focus on during your internship)
- Independent, precise, and reflective work style (even though you will be well-supported through mentoring, you enjoy figuring out solutions on your own and applying your knowledge in practice)
- Lots of motivation and initiative (you are among the best or those who want to become the best. Motivation and passion are essential for software development. You will, of course, earn bonus points with initial practical experience and self-initiated projects)
