Job Description

- You develop and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI and ensure meaningful visualization of our data
- You analyze usage data from our Digital Solutions products (e.g., FLOW as a communication solution for customer service or myGW as a digital customer portal) and derive well-founded recommendations for action
- You prepare data from various sources and ensure its availability for analysis
- You identify trends, patterns, and optimization potential and actively contribute to the further development of our digital solutions
- You design, develop, and maintain data models as well as meaningful KPIs
- You ensure high data quality and consistency
- You work closely with Product Owners, the Head of Digital Services, and various departments to support data-driven decision-making processes

Requirements

- You have a completed degree or bring relevant professional experience with appropriate further training - You have experience in building and further developing reports with Power BI - Ideally, you have knowledge of SQL or Python - Ideally, you bring knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools, or have an interest in acquiring this knowledge - You have know-how in ETL processes and connecting data sources - You work in a structured, independent, and quality-conscious manner - You have a good understanding of data analysis and KPIs - Ideally, you have experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
