You are.....
- responsible for leading and further developing the entire maintenance department together with the team leaders for Electrical, Mechanical, and Tool Technology
- the driving force when it comes to continuously building competence within your teams
- ensuring that all equipment is inspected, maintained, and kept technically up to date on schedule
- actively involved when sustainable repairs, optimizations, and improvements to operating resources are implemented
- the person who guarantees smooth technical support while keeping an overview of priorities and resources

Requirements

- A master craftsman, HTL, or university of applied sciences degree or comparable qualification - Several years of professional experience in maintenance, automation, or mechanical engineering - Proven leadership experience or having successfully held a managerial position - Project experience and enjoyment in actively shaping technical advancements - Strong technical, social, and leadership skills - An analytical, structured, and independent way of working, combined with implementation strength - Motivation, teamwork skills, and the ability to remain clear, solution-oriented, and constructive even in demanding situations
