Your Responsibilities

• Independent management and execution of construction projects
• Support and further development of a fixed assigned customer and market territory
• Acquisition of new customers and long-term support of existing commercial and industrial clients
• Leadership and coordination of your well-coordinated team of technicians and foremen
• Responsibility for costs, schedules, quality, and the economic success of projects
• Involvement in cost estimation, proposal submission, and work preparation
• Close collaboration with customers, authorities, planners, and project partners
• Active shaping and optimization of internal processes

Your Profile

• Completed technical construction training
• Several years of experience as a construction or project manager
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of customer contact
• Organizational talent as well as strong leadership and communication skills
• Initiative, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality

For this interesting position, a gross annual salary starting from €80,000 (full-time) is planned, with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
