Your Profile:

• Completed technical training with a master craftsman's certificate
• Ideally, you have experience in apprentice training and have completed an apprentice trainer course or will do so shortly
• Extensive knowledge (including professional experience) in conveying knowledge in CNC and conventional metalworking is essential
• Independent working style and enjoyment of working with young people
• Role model through your commitment and team and organizational skills
• Integrity and open, goal-oriented communication skills

Your Tasks:

• Coordination of all skilled trades training occupations offered at ESW according to the respective specified training plan/curriculum in cooperation with the existing management and HR department
• Conveying craft skills in metal and foundry technology (basic training for all apprenticeships)
• Supporting apprentices in professional and personal matters
• Collaboration in the development of short- and long-term activities/strategies for apprentice recruitment and the content of apprentice training
