Your Area of Responsibility
As a Production Line Coordinator, you can look forward to a varied field of activity with insights into many company processes and the opportunity to take on independent tasks. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and administering an entire production line at the Simmering plant.

- serve as the technical point of contact in day-to-day operations and contribute your expertise to the development of strategies.
- act as the contact person for Takt Kompakt issues, assist with problem-solving, and collaborate on technical projects.
- conduct analyses and, if necessary, develop and implement improvements and measures to optimize processes and workflows.
- work on the technical advancement of processes, work instructions, and guidelines in your assigned area, focusing on cost, safety, throughput time, and quality, while ensuring structured documentation.
- contribute to the creation of decision-making bases and informational materials for management. If required, you will prepare documents for the assigned work package within a project.
Your Profile, You...
- hold a completed technical vocational education with a secondary school leaving certificate (HTL) or a trade master’s qualification.
- bring at least 5 years of professional experience and knowledge in repair, maintenance, and servicing work, as well as modifications and retrofits on rail vehicles.
- enjoy working in a team, are ready to take on responsibility, and communicate effectively.
- demonstrate initiative, impress with a professional demeanor, and enjoy communicating with a wide range of partners.
