- Technical and organizational support of projects in the office
- Creation and preparation of project documentation as well as on-site inventory at the customer's location
- Responsibility for documentation, order processing, and material management
- Interface function and close collaboration with internal departments – especially sales and office teams
- Creation and updating of project plans
- Lighting simulation
- Site management, including handling deliveries, returns, and organizational processes, as well as support for tenders
Your Qualifications
- Completed technical training in electrical engineering/electrician (e.g., apprenticeship, technical school, HTL)
- Knowledge of 2D CAD is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, structured work approach, and good time management
- Class B driver's license
- Good knowledge of German and English
