Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of complex construction sites at home and abroad
• Comprehensive installation planning from project preparation to final commissioning
• Strategic monitoring and control of progress and budget
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of installation teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant norms, safety, and environmental standards
• Primary contact on-site for clients, authorities, and strategic suppliers
• Professional documentation, reporting, and management of site meetings
• Quality assurance and acceptance coordination with all project stakeholders

Your Profile

• Completed electrical engineering education (HTL, FH, university, or master craftsman qualification)
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a construction manager in industrial electrical plant construction
• Proven leadership experience with teams of 10+ employees
• Solid knowledge in project management and site organization
• Excellent German and English skills for international projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with assertiveness
• High flexibility and above-average commitment
• Willingness to travel 60-80% (national and international projects, including longer stays abroad)
• Class B driving license mandatory
