• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the "Pre-Series and Series Planning" team
• Ensuring smooth production through planning of work content and processes for the series assembly of commercial vehicles
• Ensuring the launch of new vehicles, including consideration of ongoing product changes
• Planning, design, and procurement of operating resources in accordance with internal and legal requirements
• Continuous further development and modernization of production processes
• Project management of complex large-scale projects

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Successfully completed higher technical or business education (university or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent) in the fields of Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the automotive environment and in the areas of workflow planning and work system planning
• REFA and/or MTM training
• Lean Management practitioner, possibly Green Belt training or equivalent is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and organizational talent in stressful situations
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Initial leadership experience is required
• High teamwork ability and commitment

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

The minimum salary for this position, based on the fulfillment of the listed requirements, is €4,767.21 gross per month for full-time employment (collective agreement for the automotive industry).
