In this responsible key role, you will take on the operational and strategic management of the finance department and work closely with the executive board:

Tasks and Areas of Responsibility:

• Responsibility for and involvement in ongoing accounting
• Support and coordination of monthly and annual financial statements according to UGB
• Further development of existing reporting and controlling structures as well as administrative processes
• Preparation of evaluations, key performance indicators, and business analyses
• Contact person for tax advisors, auditors, and authorities
• Responsibility for the coordination and quality assurance of payroll accounting
• Identification of improvement and digitalization potentials
• Involvement in organizational and commercial projects

Your Profile:

We are particularly addressing experienced Finance Managers, Certified Accountants, or commercial all-rounders who want to take the next step in their development and actively help shape it:

• Several years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or Controlling
• Excellent knowledge of Austrian accounting (UGB)
• Experience in a medium-sized environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of BMD is desirable; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law and payroll is an advantage
