Your Responsibilities

• Responsible customer support from inquiry and quotation through order processing to on-time delivery, as well as independent planning and coordination of production orders in close cooperation with production and logistics
• Creation and follow-up of quotations
• Recording, processing, and monitoring of customer orders
• Ensuring optimal production capacity and on-time delivery capability
• Ongoing coordination with customers, production, logistics, and sales
• Maintenance of customer, article, and order data in the SAP system
• Participation in the optimization of processes and workflows

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in sales internal service, order processing, and/or production planning
• Experience in a manufacturing company
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Good IT skills, ERP experience is an advantage
• Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and hands-on mentality
