They are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Personality (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities:

• In-house sales from A to Z: from order intake, processing to invoicing

• Preparation of quotes for events, seminars, and group bookings

• Professional handling of customer complaints and ensuring solution-oriented follow-up

• Maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Monitoring event processes and timely response to changes or bottlenecks

• Clarifying individual customer needs and implementing them into tailored event offers and concepts in coordination with the team

• Close collaboration with the management team

• Coordination of event schedules and alignment with internal departments and external partners

• Maintenance and management of master data

Your Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training (HAK, HASCH, AHS, apprenticeship)

• Relevant professional experience in hospitality or the event sector
• Initial experience in in-house sales (preparation of quotes, price negotiations, customer service, closing support) desirable

• Excellent German and good English skills

• Solid IT skills; CRM knowledge an advantage

• Independent and precise work style as well as a team-player mentality

The Offered Salary Package:

The annual gross salary starts at EUR 42,000. An overpayment based on qualifications and professional experience is possible.
