To strengthen the commercial management team, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist (m/f/d) as a staff position.


Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for recruiting, including active sourcing and applicant management
• Responsibility for personnel administration
• Preparation of HR reports for commercial management
• Contact person for managers and employees on labor law issues
• Responsibility for HR projects such as employer branding, benefit implementations, onboarding, and more

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, high school diploma, or studies with a focus on HR)
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in human resources
• Good knowledge of labor law; basic payroll knowledge advantageous
• Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge advantageous
• High communication and implementation skills
• Service-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused personality

Our client offers:

• Full-time employment with 38.5 hours per week
• Gross monthly salary starting from €3,500 (willingness to pay significantly more depending on experience)
