Your responsibilities:

• Organization of all operational processes within the company, including event management, active support within the management team during absences, peak times, etc.

• Budget preparation and adherence

• Duty roster control, coordination of staffing across all departments, vacation planning, etc., compliance with legal requirements;

• Quality and complaint management

• Revenue control of the sales area (seminars/events)

• Cost control, procurement organization, price updates, and occupancy management

• Controlling tasks in collaboration with department heads

• Organization of digital projects

• Leading the management team using modern leadership methods (meetings, one-on-one discussions, etc.)

• Responsibility for human resources, recruiting including job interviews

• Apprentice training and mentoring in collaboration with the leadership team

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in hospitality or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position (with a focus on front office, guest services and/or reception, sales, etc.)

• Professional experience in privately-run hotels

• Excellent IT skills (especially: MS Office as well as Fidelio, Hotelkit)

• Excellent German and English language skills

• Assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong communication skills

The offered salary package:

The annual gross salary starts at EUR 70,000. An overpayment based on qualifications and professional experience is possible.
