We are seeking a dedicated and strong leadership personality (m/f/d) for the position of Production Team Leader to join an owner-managed, internationally active company in plant engineering. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping production planning and control while driving the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning, controlling, and continuously optimizing workflows, manufacturing methods, and machine allocations
• Creating, coordinating, and monitoring production orders as well as scheduling and capacity plans
• Ensuring timely material availability in close collaboration with procurement and production
• Creating, maintaining, and continuously updating work plans, bills of materials, and production master data in the ERP system
• Analyzing, monitoring, and continuously improving production processes as well as addressing quality deviations
• Identifying disruptions in the production process and initiating and implementing appropriate corrective measures
• Close collaboration and coordination with the production, design, procurement, logistics, and quality management departments

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical training (e.g., metal technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, HTL, or university of applied sciences)
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning, or production control in a manufacturing company
• Excellent ERP knowledge and confident handling of CAD systems
• Fluent in German (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
• Additional language skills (Slovenian, Croatian, or Bosnian) are welcome
• Strong technical understanding as well as analytical and structured way of working
• High level of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality
