A dedicated and experienced "Senior Reservation Coordinator & Inside Sales (m/f/d)" is currently being sought.

Your responsibilities:

• Inside sales from A to Z: from order intake, processing to invoicing

• Creating quotes for events, seminars, and group bookings

• Professional handling of customer complaints and ensuring solution-oriented follow-up

• Maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Monitoring event processes and responding promptly to changes or bottlenecks

• Clarifying individual customer needs and implementing them into customized event offers and concepts in coordination with the team

• Close collaboration with the management team

• Coordinating event schedules and liaising with internal departments and external partners

• Maintaining and managing master data

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training (HAK, HASCH, AHS, apprenticeship)

• Relevant professional experience in the hospitality or event sector
• Initial experience in inside sales (quote creation, price negotiations, customer service, closing support) desirable

• Very good German and good English skills

• Solid IT skills; CRM knowledge an advantage

• Independent and precise work style as well as a team-player mentality

The offered salary package:

The annual gross salary starts at EUR 42,000. An overpayment based on qualifications and professional experience is possible.
