Our client is a renowned law firm in Vienna and is currently looking for an “Accountant (m/f/d) - Focus: Billing & Invoicing” in the center of Vienna.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the entire process of outgoing invoices, from creating fee notes to monitoring incoming payments
• Ensuring smooth communication with internal and external partners regarding incoming invoices, fee notes, and accounting issues
• Independent recording of incoming invoices

• Preparation of bank transfers

• Key interface with the external tax advisor and ensuring structured preparation of all relevant documents and information for accounting and year-end closing

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training

• Relevant, several years of professional experience in billing, ideally in a law firm

• Completed accountant certification is a clear advantage

• Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel

• Solid ERP knowledge, experience with Advokat is an advantage

• Very good German and English skills

• Reliable and professional interaction with internal and external contacts

Salary package offered:
Annual gross salary starting from EUR 42,000, overpayment possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
