To strengthen our team in Vienna, we are looking for a dedicated and precise individual for the position of Senior Consultant Recruiting & Operation (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.


Your responsibilities:

• Strategic consulting for clients in temporary employment and personnel placement
• Building and developing long-term client relationships as well as active new client acquisition
• Conducting needs analyses and independently leading contract and price negotiations
• Developing customized recruiting and personnel solutions
• Independently managing the entire recruiting process
• Supporting employees during their assignments, including labor and service law matters
• Responsibility for contract management, administrative processes, and passive management
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces and participation in projects and process optimizations
• Continuous market and competition monitoring

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in recruiting, HR consulting, or personnel services
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and temporary employment/placement
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Strong consulting, sales, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with CRM/recruiting systems
• Category B driver's license

The position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in trade, craft, and services. The minimum monthly salary for 38.5 hours per week is €2,705.03 gross (with at least 2 years of experience). Overpayment based on qualifications and professional experience is possible.
