Your responsibilities:

• Advising and supporting clients in temporary employment and personnel placement
• Maintaining existing client relationships and assisting in acquiring new clients
• Conducting needs analyses and participating in offer and contract processes
• Independently managing the entire recruiting process
• Creating and posting job advertisements and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Supporting employees during their assignments, including labor law matters
• Drafting and managing service contracts and ensuring administrative processes
• Collaborating with internal interfaces and contributing to process optimizations

Your profile:

• Initial experience in recruiting, HR, or personnel services
• Basic knowledge of labor law is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and an interest in customer consulting and sales
• Structured, independent work approach and teamwork skills
• Excellent German language skills
• Driving license category B is an advantage

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in trade, craft, and services. The minimum monthly salary for 38.5 hours per week is € 2,705.03 gross (with at least 2 years of experience). Higher payment based on qualifications and professional experience is possible.
