- You are responsible for the areas of Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability both professionally and strategically, further developing them
- You ensure the implementation of legal and normative requirements and continuously optimize existing processes
- You plan and coordinate risk analyses, hazard assessments, audits, and safety inspections
- You analyze incidents sustainably, identify root causes, and implement effective improvement measures
- You support the expansion of management systems and the further development of HSE policies and documentation processes
- You accompany internal and external audits and review the sustainability of implemented measures
- You serve as a competent contact person for managers and employees on all HSE-related topics
