Your responsibilities:

• Management and control of outstanding receivables, including proactive receivables management

• Analysis of customer creditworthiness as well as definition and adjustment of credit limits

• Ensuring smooth and efficient order-to-cash processes in close coordination with sales, finance, and other interfaces

• Creation of meaningful analyses (e.g., on customers, margins, and payment behavior) and development of well-founded recommendations for action

• Report preparation (e.g., KPI tracking, aging, cash flow) and involvement in forecasting, budgeting, as well as monthly and year-end closings

• Contribution to ensuring data quality and process optimizations

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training with a focus on business administration or controlling

• Several years of professional experience in credit controlling, finance operations, or accounting, ideally in an international corporate environment

• Experience with controlling or reporting systems

• High level of IT affinity, particularly in relation to MS Excel, BI tools, and reporting systems

• Excellent German and English skills

• Independent and precise way of working as well as interest in a broad range of tasks

• Strong communication skills and team orientation to clearly present complex issues

• Confident understanding of how to holistically connect operational topics with a business perspective

The offered salary package:

Annual gross salary starting from EUR 64,000, overpayment possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
