Our client is a highly successful corporate group in Vienna and is looking for a "Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)".

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle, from entry to exit (preparation of employment contracts, registrations and deregistrations with the social insurance institution, agreements, time recording, etc.)

• Independent execution of ongoing payroll processing for multiple companies and locations

• Collaboration on HR projects, e.g., in the area of digitalization or process optimization

• Advising as an HR sparring partner for employees and managers and providing support on administrative, social, and labor law issues

• Interface with authorities, offices, and banks

• Preparation of analyses, reports, and monitoring of KPIs

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training

• Several years of professional experience in payroll

• In-depth knowledge of labor law

• Very good MS Office skills, BMD knowledge desirable

• Very good knowledge of German and English

• A strong understanding of numbers combined with very good Excel skills

• Service orientation and strong communication skills as well as initiative and a hands-on mentality

The salary package offered:
Annual gross salary starting from EUR 60,000, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and professional experience.
