Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, taking into account labor, tax, and social insurance regulations
• Advice and support on payroll-related topics, as well as clarification of legal requirements regarding wage tax and social insurance for employees, managers, and external institutions
• Responsibility for legally required reporting and certification processes, as well as communication with authorities and public bodies
• Analysis and preparation of key figures for HR, management, and other departments
• Support and assistance during internal and external audits, e.g., by tax authorities or social insurance institutions
• Close collaboration with colleagues from the HR department and regular exchange with the Finance and Controlling departments
• Continuous optimization and further development of internal payroll processes
• Leadership and further development of a team of 3-4 members

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or a relevant degree
• Several years of professional experience in payroll, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Experience in a corporate environment is desirable
• Excellent German skills and good English skills
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Structured, reliable, meticulous, and discreet work approach
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment working in a dynamic environment

The salary package offered:
Annual gross salary starting from EUR 65,000, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications and professional experience.
