Your tasks at a glance

  • Independent execution of monthly payroll processing

  • Internal contact person for labor law, social insurance, and payroll tax questions

  • Maintenance and management of employee master data in the payroll system

  • Processing and control of travel expenses

  • Administration and maintenance of time management

  • Creation of evaluations and reports

  • Communication with authorities, social insurance institutions, and external partners

  • Support with year-end closing tasks (e.g., provisions, reports)

  • Participation in process optimization in payroll accounting and HR systems


Your profile

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK, HLW, or equivalent qualification)

  • Professional experience in payroll accounting

  • Completed payroll specialist certification is an advantage

  • Excellent knowledge of Austrian labor law, social insurance, and payroll tax regulations

  • Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel

  • Structured, precise, and responsible work approach

  • Reliability and discretion in handling sensitive data

  • Interest in continuous further training and process improvement

Remuneration
