For our client – a retail company in the south of Vienna – we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d) - full-time but part-time is also possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the entire employee life cycle and recruiting processes

• Preparation of employment contracts and other relevant labor law documents

• Supporting teams and managers with labor law issues

• Interface to internal payroll

• Responsibility for planning, monitoring, and reporting of HR KPIs as well as developing appropriate recommendations for action

• Continuous further development and digitalization of HR processes

• Collaboration on various HR projects and events

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on Human Resources

• Several years of professional experience in a similar position

• Extensive knowledge in the field of recruiting

• Sound knowledge of Austrian labor law

• Experience with HR systems and IT affinity

• Very good German and English skills

• Solution-oriented approach, precision, and team player mentality

The offered salary package:
Annual gross salary from EUR 54,000.- Overpayment possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
