Your responsibilities:

• Advising on national and international M&A transactions and ongoing client support
• Independent legal advice to companies
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation as well as conducting due diligence reviews and transaction management
• Ongoing legal advice in the field of corporate law (GmbH law, stock corporation law), transaction-related civil law, and adjacent legal areas

Your qualifications:

• (Completed) degree in law
• (Completed) court internship

The offered salary package:

Annual gross salary starting from EUR 45,000.-, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and professional experience.
