Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a global and fair compensation strategy in compliance with legal requirements
• Execution of organizational development projects (e.g., job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonuses, etc.)
• Evaluation of salary structures, salary development, and job architecture using benchmarks with a focus on diversity
• Ongoing data and cost analysis
• Sparring partner for Compensation & Benefits topics

Skills

• Completed degree in business administration – ideally with a focus on HR or Finance/Controlling – and/or more than 5 years of professional experience in this field
• Excellent Excel and English skills
• Strong knowledge of compensation programs/compensation analysis software
• Knowledge of implementing global salary bands and analyzing performance metrics is an advantage
• Experience in managing employee benefits programs
• Discreet, solution-oriented, and innovative personality

Salary

The minimum salary for this position is €5,500.00 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). A significant salary overpayment based on your qualifications and experience is a matter of course for our client.
