- Leadership and further development of the Finance team
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB
- Group controlling, including reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Management of intercompany cost allocation and subsidy processing
- Collaboration with tax advisors, auditors, and financing partners
- Reporting to the management board and supervisory board
- Optimization and digitalization of financial processes
Your Qualifications
- Completed business education with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally with leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of accounting (UGB), controlling, and financial statements
- Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with Microsoft O365 is an advantage
