- Design and expand a uniform, group-wide structure for consolidation and reporting across all entities.
- Independently perform group consolidation and prepare the consolidated financial statements in accordance with Austrian GAAP (UGB), with a future perspective on IFRS.
- Further develop a group-wide consolidation manual, including the definition and documentation of accounting and reporting guidelines.
- Coordinate and provide professional guidance to local finance teams within monthly, budget, and reporting cycles.
- Provide expert support in harmonizing different accounting standards and chart of accounts (e.g., UGB, IFRS, US GAAP).
