Your Responsibilities

• Monitoring and optimizing production processes
• Leading and organizing a production team in shift operation
• Ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production processes
• Planning and coordinating personnel deployment, including shift, vacation, and substitution planning
• Responsibility for quality, productivity, occupational safety, and on-time production
• Analyzing relevant key performance indicators and documenting production data for reporting
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP, Lean, idea management)
• Contributing to the further development of processes and workflows in the production area

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical training (e.g., apprenticeship, technical college, or HTL)
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment (approx. 3–5 years)
• Strong technical understanding and experience in a shop floor environment
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of occupational safety, quality management, as well as CIP or Lean Management is desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Appreciative and situation-appropriate employee leadership
• Resilience, flexibility, and confident decision-making in shift operation
