Your Responsibilities
- Independent execution of payroll accounting, including all wage-related contributions
- Support for clients from various industries and collective bargaining agreements
- Advisory services on labor, social security, and tax law issues
- Ongoing contact person for clients on all payroll-related topics
- Support during GPLB audits
- Preparation of monthly evaluations and reports
- Communication with authorities and public offices
- Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK)
- Successfully completed payroll accounting certification (WIFI or Academy of Tax Advisors)
- Solid knowledge of labor law
- Professional experience in payroll accounting – ideally in a tax advisory firm
- Excellent knowledge of BMD NTCS and/or DPW
- Independent, structured, and precise work approach
