Your responsibilities:

• Independent legal advice for businesses
• Ongoing legal advice in corporate law (GmbH law, stock corporation law), transaction-related civil law, and adjacent legal fields
• Advising on national and international M&A transactions and ongoing client support
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, conducting due diligence reviews, and transaction management

Your qualifications:

• (Completed) degree in law
• (Completed) court internship

The offered salary package:

Annual gross salary starting from EUR 46,000, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications and professional experience.
