Your responsibilities:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 4 members
• Responsibility for and execution of timely and accurate payroll processing
• Advising employees and managers on labor and social insurance law issues
• Implementation of employee postings
• Optimization of HR processes with a focus on payroll
• Preparation of HR reports for management
