Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the payroll team
• Collaboration with authorities and stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Controlling
• Preparation and evaluation of reports

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial education (HAK, HAS, HBLA, etc.) and a successfully passed payroll certification
• Several years of relevant experience in payroll, ideally in a corporate environment
• Leadership experience is a clear advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a solution-focused mindset
• Independent and structured way of working

Salary package:
Annual gross salary starting from EUR 56,000. Higher salary possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
