Our client is an international company based in Salzburg and is looking for a dedicated Expert Employer Branding (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing goal-oriented Employer Branding measures
• Communication measures for attracting and retaining employees
• Continuous execution of market and target group analyses
• Optimal implementation of effective employer positioning
• Development of internal and external Employer Branding projects
• Organization of trade fair appearances and proactive collaboration with external partners
• Planning of social media activities (career platform, LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, etc.)
• Leading the Employer Branding team

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial education (HASCH, HAK, FH, University)
• Relevant professional experience in Employer Branding, Communication, and Human Resources
• High affinity for digital media, market trends, and new technologies
• Very good MS Office skills
• Motivated team player with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work

Salary package offered:
Annual gross salary starting from EUR 62,000. Higher salary possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
