Your tasks:

• Supporting the construction manager in handling various construction projects
• Conducting inquiries with suppliers (obtaining quotes for calculations and creating price comparisons)
• Participation in procurement negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Creating measurements for project billing together with the construction management
• Invoice and measurement control
• Recording services in SAP
