Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing business challenges and identifying key drivers, as well as co-designing the group’s roadmap.
• Active participation in the strategic planning process – from structuring market data to tracking initiatives.
• Establishing clear initiatives and projects.
• Acting as the central control unit for major strategy as well as transformation/integration projects.
• Close collaboration with business unit leaders, as well as sparring partner for project managers and departments, ensuring all activities align with strategic goals and value creation plans.

Your qualifications:

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable successfully completed degree
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in M&A and strategy development
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (most of the work is conducted in English)
• Problem-solving and project management skills
• Enjoy working in dynamic and international teams

The offered salary package:
Annual gross salary starting from €56,000. Higher remuneration possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
