Your tasks:

• Independent support, configuration, and further development of SAP systems, including databases and operating systems
• Ensuring smooth SAP operations through monitoring and troubleshooting
• Management and configuration of user roles and authorizations, including requirement adjustments
• Responsibility for resolving complex support cases in the SAP environment
