Your responsibilities:

• Ongoing legal advice for national and international clients
• Legal advice for companies and their investors, venture capital consulting
• Advising on M&A transactions and ongoing support of corporate clients
• Focus on corporate law (limited liability company law, stock corporation law), reorganization law, and related legal areas

Your qualifications:

• Completed law degree
• Completed postgraduate degree (LL.M, MBA, etc.) or doctoral degree (PhD) is an advantage

The salary package offered:

Annual gross salary starting from EUR 56,000.-, overpayment possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
