- Point of contact for sales partners (accommodation providers, travel agencies, corporate clients) – including preparing offers and contract negotiations
- Active acquisition and support of partnerships as well as building, maintaining, and further developing a structured partner database
- Pricing and product management, including sales analyses and deriving strategic optimization measures
- Organization and further development of the ticketing system, including administrative responsibility
- Ensuring smooth system operations across all sales channels (on-site ticket offices, ticket machines, online shop)
- Regular updating of manuals and training materials for sales staff and partner companies
- Creating meaningful reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly evaluations) for sales and performance analysis

Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, approximately 5 years of professional experience, ideally in sales within the passenger transport sector
- Proficient use of MS Office and ticketing systems
- Strong service orientation and good communication skills
- Responsible, resilient, and flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during the winter season
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
