YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES – where you can grow!

• Support employees in all HR-related matters, particularly for the Germany location
• Independent recruiting for positions in Austria and Germany (creating job advertisements, conducting interviews, sending invitations and rejections)
• Collaboration with the external German payroll accounting (preparing the monthly instructions)
• Support in the introduction and implementation of HR processes
• Involvement in personnel development projects and international projects
• Administrative support in the salary review process and bonus process
• Preparation of contracts, contract amendments, confirmations, and other documents
• Responsibility for filing documents in personnel files
• HR communication through newsletters, announcements, and online job advertisements

YOUR PROFILE – your roots!

• Completed education in Human Resources and 2-4 years of practical experience
• Solid knowledge of labor law (Austria and/or Germany, including works constitution law)
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and mail merge
• Enjoyment working with people and a comprehensive understanding of HR management
• Independent work style with a solution-oriented mindset
• High level of self-organization, accuracy, and resilience

We offer you:
An annual gross salary starting from €45,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
