- Monitoring intercompany transactions and reconciling balances between subsidiaries during the consolidation process
- Establishing and maintaining effective internal controls in the consolidation process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Maintaining changes in the consolidation system (e.g., adjustments to hierarchies, accounts, cost centers, and exchange rates)
- Supporting business analyses, such as for ad-hoc cost optimizations and investment decisions
Skills
- Completed degree with a focus on finance and/or economics
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role; ideally experience in auditing or consulting at a globally leading firm (Big 4)
- Recognized qualification in finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or similar)
- Excellent Excel skills; additional experience with SAP and LucaNet is an advantage
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as basic German skills
- Strong analytical skills and excellent planning and organizational abilities
